One of the reasons people love living in BC is all of the natural beauty we have. If you are moving from out of province or relocating to a different neighborhood, it's nice to know what local activities you have close by. 

 

If you're selling your home, knowing the local activiities in the area can help market your home and add appeal to buyers. And from a buyer's perspective, it's nice to know what there is to do in your new neighborhood. A reliable real estate agent who's familiar with the area can be your most valuable tool.
