With interest rates staying low and home prices remaining stable, single family detached homes are becoming more affordable for families looking to buy. Outpacing townhome sales over the previous month, April sales in the Fraser Valley reflected a shift in property sales, with the most popular price range falling between $500,000- $600,000.
